JOI has a very professional approach and is still caring toward the patients. I have used 3 of their locations, San Marco, Baptist Clay, and Baptist South. All of the doctors are highly qualified and take the time to explain everything in a way that the patient can understand. They give you a variety of ways to work toward a solution for whatever orthopedic problem you are experiencing.

I only saw the PA and not the doctor but I thought the PA was excellent. He explained what he felt the problem was.
From scheduling the appt to the time I walked out the door, EVERYTHING was run so efficiently. I have never had that kind of experience at a doctor’s office. There was no sitting and waiting. I only wish all of my doctor’s appts were this easy. Dr. Bell was great and if I had another issue I would definitely go see him again, or anyone at JOI, based on my experience. I will definitely refer others.
