Professionalism and knowledge of the staff
Very professional staff throughout yet also upbeat and caring. The system from entering the building and 1st contact with anyone is representative of my 1st statement. I would say the only drawback is the length of time between making the decision to have surgery is made to the time when surgery will take place. Also the time gap between original appointment and being advised when surgery will take place leaves patients in limbo as obviously all have other decisions to make in life especially at this time. At a time when the patients are dealing with pain, physical restrictions, concerns that just adds to the issues. However, we all do realize that unless it is urgent surgery the wait for any other surgery will involve these issues. Do want to reiterate:
