We are on vacation, and when I called for a new patient appointment, they gave me an appointment in 3 days! The doctor seen me quickly, and gave me an injection for my injured finger. He explained the condition, and options.

BUT, it takes forever for anyone to answer a call. I had three calls with wait time of approximately 24 minutes.
