Caring and professional staff from registration to the nurses, PAs and physicians. Dr. Perry is very knowledgeable and he takes them time to explain your medical problems and answers questions that are asked. He is a great doctor. He has a protocol which he explains in detail. He successfully fixed broken/loose hardware in my lumbar spine that was placed by another surgeon (not associated with JOI) I am so thankful that my lower back is feeling the best it has in years! I really liked my doctor and the office people were were very nice.
I liked Everything! The San Marco location is easy to get too and has garage parking. The staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Vosseller checked my feet after viewing xrays (so great that the xrays were in the next room!) and made sure I understood how to proceed.
