Dr Hastings is a wizard. If you have any joint or muscle pain and/or loss of flexibility, range of motion, stiffness, etc., don't assume it's just part of getting older as I did. I hobbled into his office with more pain than I could take & asked hin to just ease the pain to a tolerable level. And I walked out with little or no pain and the ability to do things I haven't done for 10 years. Can't say enough good things about Dr Hastings.
