Ok so I made the move to JOI after decades elsewhere. I felt I made the best choice for my situation.

They listened to me, compared notes and started easy with the main problem. They were polite, knowledgeable, and caring. Probably can’t fix me but they’ll try hard to make life more tolerable.

Everyone was very helpful and staff very professional. I loved how Dr Solis explained everything that we need to do to keep me on the right path to recovery.
Friendly staff to check you in. Dr. Crenshaw and his nurse were caring and extremely knowledgeable in what they were doing. Check out was more trying, one lady said go here another one said go back. Making an appt with rehab was no one asks if you need help even though three were at the front desk looking at me. Appt did get made eventually. It's worth the little aggravations to get superior medical care.
Dr C is the best as well as the entire staff.
All the staff and Doctors are great to deal with. The only thing I don't like is how long it takes to get an appointment.
