Smooth check in in spite of my drivers license missing. Stephanie Williamson did not want to prevent me from keeping this appt so she accepted an alternate form of picture id and I emailed my doc to her when I got home. Very efficient staffing and quick in and out. Provided steroid treatment, hoping it will work for me. Realizing improvement already, fingers crossed. Dr. Kitay is very kind, professional and knowledgeable. My husband was a patient a long time ago and he referred me. I know Dr. Kitay's family outside of his medical practice so for me, this was an easy choice. Thanks to the team. I hope I don't have to return for this issue!!!

I was in to see Dr. Piconti about my twisted knee problem. He was very cordial. He offered to put an injection in my knee, but I told him that at this time I would wait and see if the knee didn't let up w/the pain on it's own. Dr. House, My Primary Doctor w/Baptist South, had sent me to him.
By the way, Dr. Piconti gave me a new right shoulder back in 2014 and I have had no problem with the shoulder since.
Dr. Piconti is an excellent doctor and one I always feel very comfortable with.
