I felt like the doctor took the time to tell me what I needed to know so that I could proceed and hopefully be well soon.. and he assured me that if things were to continue I was free to call him and then he would work with the issue.. I felt very comfortable when I left his office. I am close to 80 years old and frankly it is scary when you have leg issues as you think "is this what things are going to be like?".. Best of all he explained things to me that I could understand... (Only two biology classes in school)

Dr. Young is by far the best orthopedic surgeon in Jacksonville. I had been to 2 other orthopedics who are known to be the best in the area, but they could not diagnose my knee swelling. Dr. Young knew exactly what I had and referred me to a subspecialist asap. He saved my life as I had infection.
