Dr. Freeman listens to you issue and comes up with a plan that so far is working for me. The nurse that works with him is awesome. I was confused on a few problems I was having. She was very helpful helping me work it out. I have finally found a great doctor!
Exceptional professionalism from very well-trained and highly qualified staff. With the exception of the person who checked me in (having a bad day?) everybody was happy at work - they like working there. Dr. Kaplan is top-shelf, no question. I’m so pleasantly surprised - all you hear in Jacksonville is Mayo this, Mayo that, but JOI was phenomenal, head and shoulders above Mayo.
The receptionist, nurses and doctors are top notch. Only complaint was having to wait 50 minutes after my appointment time to see the doctor. Other then that it was great.
