JOI beaches Staff are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They are efficient and t is a very pleasant place even though you are there for a physical issue. Dr. Bosahli and Colleen work so well together and really care about their patients.
Thorough
The professional treatment i have received at JOI is unsurpassed, I am disappointed that I cannot get my knee replaced for more than 4 months. It is severely damaged and causes a change in lifestyle for me. I don't sleep at night, my mobility is limited. i now this is not the fault of JOI, I just wish there were other options, than to wait 4 months as miserable as I have been. This is not a quality life.

Dr. Keller is so very thoughtful and considerate, in addition to having all of the expertise you’d imagine he might. He’s very straightforward about his findings and willing to answer questions, sharing his knowledge to assist.
Honestly, I’d been avoiding JOI because they seemed so big; I was concerned about feeling like a number. Once inside the network, they are very organized and have pristine facilities. Everyone seems to be very good at what they do. Dr. Keller’s a good listener and is insightful as well as personable.

It was easy to get an appointment. I had a short wait time while at the office. Everyone was professional & efficient in dealing with. I felt they listened to my issue & developed a plan to address it. It's been 2 days since my appointment & my issue has been resolved. I'm very pleased.
