Everyone involved in my procedure including nurses, anesthesiologist, and Dr. Graham contributed to a very positive experience. Everything was explained to me so I knew what to expect. Discharge instructions were clear. Dr. Graham called me the evening of my surgery to check on me which was very nice. Highly recommend JOI.

After months of trying to manage shoulder/neck pain; and after seeing two orthopedic physicians (at another practice group), it is Dr James Perry who was able to effectively diagnosis root cause and provide me with a plan of action and treatment. Also, the staff at JOI-San Marco were very professional from check-in to care.
