Every person I encountered was smiling, Started with the receptionist, the nurse, the x-ray tech and my new orthopedic doctor.Dr. Bell was recommended by a friend. My primary care doctor checked his credentials and remarked that he was a good choice. I felt like everyone paid attention to my needs and listened to me. I highly recommend this practice. And a bonus...I was checked in, interviewed by the nurse, got x-rays, met and talked with my new doctor, got a pain relieving injection and was on my way out in 45 minutes! Even the shuttle driver went out of his way to help!

Very professional ran organization. I arrived here after SOS failed to help me with an elbow problem, after very little examining. I went to JOI and the Dr was very thorough, paid attention to exactly what I was telling him, and eventually wound up with and injection to my trouble spot. So far, it is much better and I know that I am on a path to healing.
