We felt very comfortable as the staff was interested in helping and once with Dr. Steinberg, there was relief that he was experienced and very confident. I had previously had surgery on right hand (CTS) that was painful and unsuccessful. Dr. Steinberg assured me that he could correct the right hand's procedure and perform a less invasive procedure on my left hand.
Everyone has been very professional and reassuring.
Take you in on time and they seem very caring. Things are explained well and extra shots and surgery are not pushed.
