Every member of the team from the receptionist to the Doctor were polite, patient, informed and professional.
Fast x rays, fast diagnosis, fast steroid shots in the knee. Very nice doctor and doctor's assistant. Front desk personnel courteous, understanding, and efficient. Very little waiting time. In and out in probably less than 20 minutes.

I love JOI San Marcos. Check in was streamlined and made easier by using an IPad. Dr. Bill Pujadas and his staff were wonderful! Dr. Pujadas made time to see me in his busy day to take care of a large hematoma which was rather messy. He was gentle and that made me relax for this procedure.
