The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful when I was having trouble with the forms and they were close to schedule and I didn’t have to wait 30 min or more as you do in some offices. Dr was also prompt to come in and didn’t feel rushed.

JOI has great staff in its employ. Dr Graham is both a skilled surgeon and communicator. His demeanor is pleasant while he is thorough in his analysis and explanation of his diagnosis. He also listens to his patients. I am unfortunately a repeat patient and after his repair of my crumbled wrist last year, I was very comfortable choosing his expertise to care for my current injury.
First meeting with Dr. Frykberg and I was impressed with his easy going manner yet probing questions concerning my situation. He was very open to questions about the proposed procedure and subsequent recovery. Excellent in all ways.
