Your office is efficient like a well-oiled machine. Everyone is friendly and professional. The only thing that I don't like is having to see different doctors when you have multiple issues. Everything is connected in the body. I understand the need for doing it this way. Also, the parking situation is ridiculous. I feel sorry for anyone having leg issues trying to visit this office.

Its pretty quick to get an appointment. Docs and medical staff are professional and competent. Ive noticed on several trips that from the patient’s perspective that the reception folks seem slow to ‘take the next person’ some chat with their deskmate, some appear distracted on their computers, but the line seems to move slowly.

The doctor addressed my stolen knee right away. Set up testing to determine the underlying cause of my knee pain.
The moment I arrived everything was so professional and timely.. Dr. Doward, his PA and staff were all awesome. I felt heard, taken care of and even received a preliminary pain/steroid injection in my hip. I need to get an SI joint injection and called to see if could happen in December and their call back was immediate post I leaving a message.
