A few years ago, I had a labrum repair performed by Dr. Pujadas. Recently, I had an unexpected accident and potentially re-injured the surgical site. In both instances, the scheduling process was handled smoothly (and quickly!) and the staff members are friendly and sympathetic. The surgeon has a wonderful bedside manner and it was immediately evident that he worked hard to tackle each of the process steps quickly in order to relieve the pain that I was experiencing. I would not only recommend JOI to others, but have already done so with colleagues, friends and family. Thanks to the team for their professionalism, care and concern.
