Everything except the difficulty I had in getting an appointment with the doctor. Because I had seen another doc in 2017 for 1 visit, I had to wait for "approval" to see someone else, this year at a different location. Was a very unnecessary delay in service.

My doctor was very nice and polite, took his time to listen to what I had to say. He was also very good at explaining my fractures so I understood why my pain was where it was and what we needed to fix it. I really did enjoy seeing the x-ray they had taken and him showing me the actual fractures in the x-ray image on his computer screen.
