Really enjoyed early morning class with Christine. Even tho she was subbing in at the time, she provided a good flow with explanation of benefit of our standing parallel to mirror etc.
Core power is its instructors. Daren is an executional instructor- inclusive, energizing, motivating and great music. I will happily drive across town for his classes. Thank you Daren.

I really like the class with Becky (she is SO lovely, welcoming, friendly, and a great, approachable instructor). The Midtown East studio is really nice and I find it to be clean and well kept.
