I love that there is a side mirror at the East Village Studio - so you can really get a sense of what the poses look like. I often take classes with Riley - who is amazing. He's flows are thoughtful, creative and he is fully present. He makes an effort to connect with everyone and I sense his welcoming energy. The studio nicely designed, is well run and I like the energy there.

Angelique is full of energy and power. Her workouts are great and I leave feeling strong.
This was my first time doing hot yoga. I loved the experience. The instructor, Allie M was very patient and understanding, and I enjoyed speaking with her at the end of the class. I was challenge during the class as well, which was frustrating. I know that's apart of the journey, and I look forward to experiencing my growth and improvement within time. No matter how long it takes, I will be patience, compassionate, and graceful with myself along the way.
Giana M taught the class and she was amazing! Cues were amazing, her music and ambiance was great too! The staff is always so sweet.

I love group fitness classes. All of them. I love yoga! I wish CorePower was more affordable— I’d come more often.
I usually go to Westbend but tried Camp Bowie again, the instructors & front desk girls are so nice and Sophia M did a great job. Go team! But this studio is small and I feel a bit cramped.
