I love Stephen’s C1 class. He sets a space for everyone at every level, provides alternatives and coaches and cheers you on - especially important during the core section.
I received a cute welcome letter for my first class there and felt super comfortable!

The community is full of some of the most wonderful people I know. Students, instructors, everyone… The community is authentic, kind, supportive and inspiring. I love CPY!
We need more early morning (5-5:30am) start times!!! Members know you are cutting back and I’ll be terminating my membership if no early classes are available.
It was challenging but fun. Loved the music and energy in the room. I was the oldest in the room at both classes that I attended this past weekend with my daughter, and everyone was so supportive and complementary. Such an inclusive environment. I loved it. I wish you had one closer to where I live in Jupiter Florida.
It is amazing! I look forward going to the Sunday community classes, is the time I take out for myself and feel like a new person every time. I am so grateful for these classes.
