Wonderful staff and classes!

It is impossible to schedule a class. You may not charge my credit card for something that is impossible to use. I have submitted the request to freeze my membership until June. I will dispute any charge that CorePower may have put on my credit card. I realize that times are difficult these days. CP is a huge company and you may not charge me for absolutely nothing.

I hope things settle down in the near future and I can restart my practice. Thank you

It did help that the rooms were not as hot, but I think you should continue to require masks and take temps. It is the only reason I’m coming

The teacher was great and the class was exactly what I needed

I’d like it if they provided a definition sheet with the names & poses. It’s hard to understand the teacher sometimes. It’d be nice to know what she’s saying & what the pose looks like.

I absolutely love everything about this program and have been to Ari’s sculpt class many times and fall more in love with it every time!! She’s an AMAZING instructor and so inspirational!

Everyone is very friendly at CPY La Mesa. I am brand new at hot yoga, and I am older and more out of shape than most people in the classes- and I never feel dumb or out of place. The teachers are all very kind and helpful. I especially like Paige's classes. Thank you!

Core Power Yoga - La Mesa, like every other Core Power location, is consistent in their offering and delivery of the yoga sessions I have come to thrive on. Unlike every other location, every single teacher at Core Power La Mesa goes the extra mile and adds something special and unique to each class. Whether its Eryka or Suzie's notes on the mat or Haley astrological intention, the atmosphere, and vibe created by the extra effort makes me feel like I am part of a community of people that care about each other. From the moment I walk through the front door, I am made to feel welcome and valued! Thank you all!

No other studio is as consistent. Rhiannon has been my instructor for 5 years and I will continue to drive out of my way to be her student!
