The class I attended was small and productive. It was not too hard or too light in terms of stances. Instructor was fun and uplifting! Studio was clean, clean, clean and I enjoyed pushing myself. Will be back!

I have been CorePower's #1 fan since 2011 when I moved to Colorado Springs and fell head-over-heels for Yoga Sculpt. I completed my YogaSculpt teacher training in Colorado Springs before moving back to the San Francisco Bay Area where I started teaching at CorePower Berkeley. Now here I am in Austin, Texas - very much looking forward to getting to know the Austin CorePower community!
