Clean studio, professional and challenging class!
Nice facilities & superior instruction.
I love how challenging the work out is and it's focus on self-love and meditation. It helps me to take a step back from all of the daily stresses and focus on things that I can actually control. I've noticed that I've started responding to stress in a much healthier way because of core power! Whenever I'm faced with something difficult or stressful I just focus on breathing through it, just like I do on my mat.
you have a full service facility: locker rooms, bathrooms, retail, etc. Parking is a problem
I've been to one hot class and I really liked it. It was a change from the Vinyasa style of yoga that I have been doing, but it was a nice change. I felt great afterward. I'm going to my second class today with the weights!

I enjoy being in the studio. I like the vibe there & I love the feel of the space. I love hot yoga but 90 minute Bikram is just too much so 60 minute classes are perfect.

I'm already a huge fan of CPY: from the classes offered to the quality of instructors hired and the feel of each studio. Monarch's location is especially great with spacious studio rooms each with a whole wall of windows opening up to downtown Austin. It was a lovely experience practicing here.
