I like that the classes are an hour. They start on time and end on time. I also like the instructors. Everyone is really friendly.

I like the options for classes and frequency of classes. I like how al the instructors have the basic moves but tailor the class to different focuses. All the instructors are very helpful, sensitive and friendly. This has been especially helpful being so new to yoga. It would be very easy for me not to want to return if I felt embarrassed or unable to participate or keep up. Love the classes.
