Instructor was great

At check in, I would appreciate the instructors reminding everyone about your house rules. Everyone in the front row was on their phone before and immediately after class. The girls next to me were being super chatty and I found it hard to focus. When I’ve taken classes with Karin she always reminds people so you don’t see that behavior in her classes. It would be great to see other instructors encourage respectful class etiquette

I love the community - everyone is so friendly and inviting! The facilities are very clean and having a parking garage with reserved spots is super nice!

it's hot & it's challenging & there's lots of classes throughout the day. thank you for updating the Monarch showers! such a huge improvement and i really appreciate it.

Workout is packed with lots of different moves, energetic, motivating instructors, music is appropriate for movements, lots of classes and times available to choice from, cleanliness, provides cleaning supplies, available to shower and lotion provided. I love the sweat and feeling accomplished afterwards!

I LOVE IT!

I loved the class I took and will be back. My only (tiny) complaint is the parking. There are only a few spots in the garage and street parking is a hassle. That aside, great place for yoga

I took Lili's yoga sculpt class at 10 am and had such an amazing and empowering workout! I am an avid marathoner and cyclist, and this balance of yoga, holding poses, stretching, lifting, and micro movements was the perfect combo for cross training. Lili is such a great instructor, she is interactive, thorough, fun, and uplifting! I can't wait to take another class! :)

The class format seems very chill, fun and fulfilling. LOVE the instructors and their good energy.

One thing i'd suggest is maybe some essential oils in the rooms because it does tend to get stinky with so many sweaty people, especially in classes that are packed. Or maybe cold essential oil towels or wipes at the end of the class ◡̈

Stepping into Karen's CorePower Yoga class always feels like coming home, but to a home where I'm challenged, supported, and leave feeling utterly renewed. The studio's warmth, both literal and figurative, melts away the day's tension the moment I unroll my mat.

Karen's energy is infectious. She guides us through each pose with a gentle strength, reminding us that "we are capable of more than we think," and that "finding our edge is where true growth happens." It's not just about the physical postures; it's about the internal journey she leads us on. During a particularly challenging sequence, her voice, calm and steady, reminds us that "this moment, this breath, is all we have. Let it fill you with strength and grace."

Even in the heat and the intensity, Karen weaves in moments of mindful reflection. She speaks of "finding stillness within the movement," and of "allowing ourselves to release what no longer serves us." Her words aren't just instructions; they're affirmations that resonate deep within my soul. When she encourages us to "breathe into the spaces where we hold tension, and let it dissolve," I can feel a physical and emotional shift.

After class, I don't just feel physically stronger; I feel lighter, more centered. Karen's gentle reminders to "honor our bodies and our spirits" echo in my heart. Her class is more than just a workout; it's a sanctuary, a place where I can reconnect with myself and leave feeling completely rejuvenated.

Great teachers

The class and instructor were amazing. Definitely walked out of there feeling re-energized and ready to take on the world. I'm looking for a yoga studio that I can lock into a membership with, and while I'd love to go back, I wouldn't move off ClassPass to go to this particular studio. The parking situation adds an unnecessary layer of stress to the experience. There are a fraction of the spots available compared to the yogis in the studio at a given time, and the studio is aware of this - it's in so many reviews already. Counterintuitive to have to stress over that when heading to what should be an area of peaceful retreat from life's curveballs. Otherwise, it was a solid experience to it's core. :-)

Teacher was great but I don’t think the mic was working. The teacher had half the class facing the opposite direction at one point because no one heard the cue to switch

I love the instructors and the space. It’s very welcoming and clean, however the parking at Monarch can be stressful and often makes it so I am rushing to get to class on time. Once I couldn’t find a single spot and I missed the class.

I like that it’s a good mix of strength training, cardio, core and yoga. The instructors are energetic. I always feel good after a class.

A great workout for sculpting, stretching and sweating. The Instructors and music are always fabulous too.
