I love how small and intimate the classes are and, I really like that the teachers are on the same level as me; their hands on approach to adjust me when I need it is very helpful in my practice.

I enjoy the emphasis placed on correct form and the sculpt class is hands down the best workout I have ever had

Prime Location. Parking isn't great, but I understand. Amenities and decorum are great . Also love the vibe of people in there, no one seems stuffy or stand-offish. And the teachers are EXCELLENT! Namaste yall :)

I have only taken the beginners classes but I love how they are carried out. I always feel totally comfortable from beginning to end. I like how you always meet the instructor at check-in. The class is hard and you break a sweat but I feel guided through the whole thing.

The environment, the facility, and fantastic customer service.

The staff and teacher are very friendly and helpful. Every interaction was very pleasant, and the teacher I had was very helpful throughout the class in giving modifications and actively helping people.

CLEAN studio, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Instructors demonstrate but also walk around to do corrections (they aren't using the hour to get their workout in). Very enjoyable classes!
