I love the teachers and the community atmosphere

I like the friendliness from the first contact at the front door. People remember my name and are welcoming. The space is clean and inviting and full of great energy. Because the instructors are living their practice, they embody the principles and benefits of yoga, transferring that experience to their class participants. I have always left there feeling empowered, and that I really worked toward something, and stronger than when I arrived. I am looking forward to deepening my practice, and I will invite friends to join me here.
