The Gold Coast studio is a great place to practice yoga. The teachers have all been fantastic and every single class I have been to, I felt like I advanced my practice and got a great workout.

Absolutely love a couple of things: the sheer quantity of the different locations (always able to find a class that suits my needs) & the fact that you don't have to sign up beforehand (my work schedule is fairly unpredictable to it's nice to not have to worry about late cancellation fees)

Class schedule is very convenient, always clean, and the perfect amount of people in a class. It is never extremely over crowded.

The instruction is superb. The teacher's are always energetic and constantly provide assistance to help you take your practice to the next level. The studio and its location attract individuals that are truly there to have fun and advance their practice, and competition is left outside the door.

The best part about CorePower is the variation of classes, times, and instructor styles. I am a huge hot yoga with weights fan and have never had to do the same workout twice! All instructors have their own energy and target sculpting areas. Not to mention a great relaxing-vibe studio and prime location!

I love cp--specifically Brooke, Nolan, Cristina and Dominica from Gold Coast. Of and Ashely! And Abbie from west loop. I don't love the gold cost studio itself. But real estate is expensive there so I get the one studio. I loved 5:30 C2. Why did you remove 5:30? Now Lincoln park is the only 5:30 class.
