Nice line of products that are affordable. Location and type of class is key for me.

I've taken CPY classes in 4 different states this month. Ludmilla in Chicago and Nielle in Minneapolis are two excellent instructors- truly special. They combine unique sequencing with very challenging postures and tough core work. Nielle especially uses Dhrama to great affect. The Gold Coast studio is extremely clean and welcoming. On the other hand, the Minneapolis Uptown studio is tired and dirty. The latter needs a renovation. I love CPY and am glad your growing and updating studios.

I literally loved everything about my experience. I had my very first HPF class with Caroline M at the Gold Coast studio on 11/12/2014. I was so impressed by Caroline, the class and everyone I encountered that I cannot WAIT to go back. Thank you CPY!!!

Every time I have come to Gold Coast the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have gone out of their way to makes sure I was taken care of. The classes have been tough in a good way and I always feel like I get a workout.

The cleanliness of the studio!

I love the Sunday night candlelight core restore class with Halle Miroglotta. She is a wonderful teacher who's very in tune with her students. She always succeeds in creating a practice which is meditative and restorative for both body and mind. I also love Cristina Corso and Ashley Bauer's C2 weeknight classes. They always create unique and challenging sequences which strengthen my practice and keep me present and engaged. They always balance the difficulty with precise instructions and encouragement to motivate students to try new things. I think the teachers at this studio make the difference for me. I love building my practice with the guidance and support of some of these truly talented teachers!

Class times are often and at key hours. Friendly and well trained teachers are at ever class. The Gold Goast studio is clean and Zen-like welcoming! I have practiced yoga for 18 years, and find this studio to be one oft favorites.

I really enjoy the Gold Coast studio! I like the large open room and feel like it's always cleaned nicely. I enjoy coming practicing there.

Dominika is an excellent teacher. Love her classes and the variety of poses & advancements.

I love the schedule, I love the 1 hour classes because I can fit them in to my schedule. I love that you can rent mats, buy clothes, use a hairdryer and a shower. I love that there are q-tips and mouthwash to make getting ready for whatever's next easier.

You have some great teachers, Christina C is the best and I love Chelsea G as well. Sculpt is such a great addition to my yoga practice. The classes are fun.

CP 2 classes are my favorite. They are challenging and I know what to expect most of the time.
I also really like the heated room.

There are phenomenal teachers at this location. I've taken classes at multiple studios and come back because of the flexibility with the schedul . I can stop in at 430 on my way home from work forbsome of the best C2 classes Christina C. And Dominika are extremely gifted and I always look forward to taking their classes.

Large variety of products. Personable and well informed staff. Overall wonderful experience!
