Most classes are an hour long; and they start and end on time. Reliability is huge. Convenient and easy to make time for a class.

Very accessible location. Locker room had enough lockers for everyone, especially since there is only one studio. Instructor was great!

I love the classes and the variety of classes you offer. the times are also convenient and cater to people that have to work later. All the instructors have been great so far and overall the studio is kept very clean.

I thought the class was great and I liked the instructor.

I think it's ridiculous to charge people a fee to use a towel. That's pushing it in my opinion. Other studios in the area provide towels and mat usage at no extra charge. Mat, ok, but a towel?!

I'll come back for the class, but felt a bit turned off that you charge for EVERY little thing. I would also suggest having locks already on the lockers so people don't have to give ID's to use a lock.

The heat and convenience and flow and music. And Ashley, Jay and Chelsea are great teachers. I don't like how competitive and overcrowded the classes sometimes are. Not always, but sometimes --having to fight for mat space in some classes isn't very relaxing or foster a sense of community.

I enjoy the classes, especially Sculpt
