Great class, nice space and an awesome teacher!

Everything. Good teacher, clean studio, great shower facilities, awesome faux wood floor with cushioning and when traveling, a place to go that you can count on to get a work out and stretch if you're away from your local core power!

The teachers are amazing

It's hot there. Other studios don't get as hot. I also love Leigh c. And really only have the monthly because of her so I hope she never leaves.

I love how you guys exchange teachers for the same class every day/week. Its makes the class that much more dynamic and harder to get bored of. The workouts are intense but allows you to go at your own pace and overall it's just a terrific workout.

Love the vibe and experience gained. I looked at the schedule and saw that the timing was good and that I could finally
take a clas with Jay as our teacher . What a great class ; his last day at a Gold Coast . ..bad timing :(

cleanliness and professionalism

I like the consistency, the friendliness, cleanliness, and toughness of the classes.

I like that even tho they're group classes, yogi's have the ability to personalize their practice. You can get what you want out of the practice whether it be spiritual benefit or physical benefit, neither are forced upon you like in other studios. Also, I enjoy the physicality of the practice and the music. And have appreciated lately when classes are crowded that the teachers have gone out of their way to make room for yogi's and make people feel comfortable when the room is crowded. It really helps to have a teacher with good energy excited to have so many students to share that energy with rather than make the situation more stressed.

I loved the teacher at the 6 PM hot yoga class (I can't remember his name). The staff was really warm and welcoming!

Schedule is excellent, many fantastic teachers.

Benny G, our instructor was great. He really knew what he was doing and made the class enjoyable and productive for everyone.

Leigh C specifically leads a wonderful sculpt class.she varies the routine, challenging students each and every class. She motivates the entire room and does and excellent job incorporating cardio and keeping the class moving. I wish there were more sculpt teachers like her and she is the reason I head to gold coast specifically.

Sculpt class!!!!! I just wish the towels were free! I forget one a lot and often don't have money with me!

I like that the facilities are clean and that I am greeted everytime I walk through the door. The instructors are knowledgable and friendly.

Great community feeling, facilities (esp. Locker rooms) and clothing selection. I would recommend having caps for the classes because they can get too crowded

Everything is fantastic at Core Power Gold Coast. Chelsea and Jay are amazing instructors and Sam D always keeps me motivatated during my sculpt classes. Gold Coast is by far my favorite studio! Sad to say I'm moving to Denver and will miss this studio and it's instructors terribly! But will definitely try Core Power there!
