What do you like about our products and services?

Yoga Sculpt is a great class - a good balance between relaxing and toning/cardio work out. I, as well as several of my friends, think Leigh is the best instructor. This is the reason I went to Gold Coast on Sunday. She's motivating and teaches a tough, fun class. She makes everyone feel welcome. I can't say enough about her class and teaching skills!

I love the manager Chelsea and Friday night teacher Dominika. If these two were not at this studio I would not go here.

The studio has the best teachers - the only item that would be interesting to see is if everyday could be 6am sculpt followed by 7am C2 or vice versa. Also the night classes - Candlelight C2 at 8:30 - switch with HPF

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Even if I don't feel like a yoga expert I can still participate all the way through the class and get a LOT out of it. I love the atmosphere. It is also always very clean.
