What do you like about our products and services?

I like the location and facilities best. The room is big, well laid out, never overcrowded, and the class times are typically convenient for me. I like all the instructors I've have for all level 2 classes. I haven't ever liked a CorePower studio the way I like Gold Coast. The only drawback is that the flows rarely change and I don't find them as strengthening as many similar leveled classes I've taken at other studios. Otherwise, all around gold star for Gold Coast CorePower.

I love that CorePower offers so many classes at various times. I can easily make a class with my always changing work schedule. It is a great work out every time and I always feel great about going. The instructors are great and somehow make working out fun. Thanks for making me addicted!

I've never had an instructor I didn't enjoy at CorePower. Every instructor brings his/her own uniqueness to each class. The classes at CorePower are great for mind, body and spirit.
