Love the studio set up and the amount of product available up front. The changing rooms were clean and well stocked and very nice looking. And the instructors were wonderfully welcoming!

As a small group training coach. I appreciate the way the instructors clearly delivers the cues for the next posture. How they walk around making sure your in the correct position. The front desk staff is friendly and professional!

Loved the class and core power is my absolute favorite!

Very friendly staff and love the boutique atmosphere. I set up my mat in the back corner of the room, near the blocks and door to the weight room, and noticed a big stain running down the wall. Also a light fixture over my head seemed to be leaking on the floor and the bulb was really orange and discolored. Just thought you would want to address those items. But I'll be back!

I wish that there were more Core Restore classes offered throughout the Denver Metro Core Power Studios. Currently the one Saturday 7pm is the only one. Yoga practice should be allowed to occur on a spectrum, both “power” like C2 and Sculpt, but also the power that is gained by meditation and recovery. There needs to be more variety in the offerings. I am condering cancelling my Black Tag because there’s basically Sculpt and C2 available in my market.

Ruby’s HPF candlelight class on Sunday night is the best way to end my weekend and get centered before my workweek!

I absolutely loved this class. I don't usually go to this studio but I want to go back now! My only feedback is that I need more adjustments!

The consistency of the caliber of the classes combined with the different personalities and approaches of the teachers is wonderful. Even though it was her first time teaching at CPY, Katie did an absolutely outstanding job.
