The instructors are great. I’ve been to different studios and everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I was never into yoga but now I understand the benefit (physically and mentally).

I really love that the teachers push for a more relaxing atmosphere. I wish other studios would remind students that the space is for quiet reflection. Other studios seem like a social hour for people it is so loud.

I've been to 3 different studios so far. My home location is Aurora, CO and I LOVE the cool essential oil cloths at the end!!! The Littleton CO location has them too, which is really close to my other family I visit. All three locations including the Colorado Boulevard, have been welcoming and great classes. Because of you guys I'm getting by yoga back!!!
