Ruby is one of the most creative instructors with whom I’ve ever had the pleasure to take class. She is challenging and so graceful in her delivery, which compliments her ability to get me to do things which I’ve not yet visualized before the moments of her guidance that have helped me grow.
The hot power class was great! The room temp and humidity was perfect, not too overwhelming like some of the other studios' core power 2 classes. And the teacher was very nice.

variety of courses
Great C1 and really enjoyed the instructors words of wisdom as she taught this class. So clean and so tactful with so many great cues to allow me to go into my poses and keep my breath in focus as well as let go of my ego and just be. Thank you Rachael.

Bright smiles and happy faces at arrival. Great class! Not only do i get a great yoga class but I also get the encouragement and guidance from the yoga instructor that benefits my practice and allows me to go one step further in my practice while I learn the benefits of each pose.
