Your instructor, Lauren is so great! Her flow was wonderful, the music went perfectly with the practice. Her voice is very soothing. We covered all of the positions you'd expect, she did a great job of explaining some of the positions. I'd recommend her to my other yoga friends to attend her class.

I’ve always had great instructors! Always so clean, I love the changing room at this location. Very open! Miss Ruby led a great class the other night! Normally I pop into Colorado blvd late and it’s a badass dude who literally kicks my booty In the best way! I will say it’s literally the hottest studio and I’ve been to quite a few! Let some air in sometimes but still 10/10

Clean, timely, great teachers and flows

This one little studio packs a punch! it draws the most positive, energetic crowd that pushes you to stay with it, even in the perils of yoga sculpt where it burns so good. The staff is super friendly (but favorites are Brogan, Patty, and Keira!) I always recommend this location because its easy to get to from downtown and down south sitting right off the highway and I like the vibe more than the other locations.

This studio is always very clean and I LOVE how big the yoga room is. I’ve never been nuts to butts with someone during a class. There’s always plenty of room!

Kada lead a fun but challenging class. She did an excellent job interacting with as many students as she could. Studio and locker rooms were clean and well kept.
