I really like Alyssa's 4:15 class. I had invited a friend to come with me to attend, so I was a little bummed to see she wasn't in. Mara was an excellent sub! I loved her flow, there were some new to me poses, and her theme integration was great. It was all just really relatable. I'm going to look for her classes in the future to add to my schedule!
Comfortable and welcoming
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The instructors are awesome! I am a beginner, and they helped me through the poses.

I really liked her music and teaching cadence. I would not have known it was her first time teaching that C1 class! (She told me after class as we were talking about TT)
Hot power fusion. And the HOT ROOM.
Unfortunately, lately yoga etiquette has not been emphasized. People talking and coming and going when they come please. It is very distracting!
Also, new students have been asking for the temperature to be lowered in the hot power fusion class. It is a hot yoga class and the frequent, loyal students to your facility want hot yoga.
We signed up for HOT YOGA.
PLEASE FIX the door handle for studio 2. The clanging is very disruptive before, during and after class.

I love several teachers-Julie G, Kelly W. I wish they had 5 am classes and also Restore classes.
The classes are great, lots of convenient times, as well. Cody is a favorite- both as an instructor and as a leadership presence. I can see the impact he’s making on the studio and it’s awesome.
