The sculpt class I took on July 30th in the highlands was one of the best I’ve taken. The teacher was freaking incredible. Unfortunately the music was so loud that I could only hear her about 30% of the time. I teach cycling so I appreciate loud music - this was just a little too loud.
Good class times, easily accessible, parking (can fill up fast!)

Great instructors, great community great classes. I miss your 6 am sculpt with hood instructors. I’m sure it’s difficult to get and keep instructors at that time

It was my first class with Ashley E and I really enjoyed the flow and her music was great. The class pushed me in different ways and I loved being back to hands on adjustment to make sure my alignment was accurate. 10/10 will take again
The Tennyson studio is very elegant. I like the high ceilings. The nice thing about CorePower is you know you’ll always have a good yoga teacher

Great workout and instructors
The instructor was attentive and gave specific feedback. Their sculpt flow was original, challenging and they gave us the grade to pace ourselves. The studio is always clean and everyone is very friendly

Great instructors
Experience at CorePower definitely varies by instructor. LoHi isn't my favorite CorePower studio due to what I feel is an overall 'clicky vibe' (I'd recommend Broadway #1), but some of the instructors at LoHi, like Samantha A, or Jennie B facilitate an experience that overshadows that vibe. Recommend!
Betsy is the absolute BEST! She's the only instructor I'll go to a class for!
