Sooo many classes offered. Sooo many different teachers available. Sooo many times they are directly kind to me. They make us all feel equal even when we all have different levels of skill. The hot yoga is SO HOT, which I love. I have a few favorite instructors that I’ve been able to count on and grow with. Love the clean showers and bathroom too!

I loved seeing a C1 offered and just enjoyed the instructor's commentary and energy.
I loved that both classes I attended had a theme a buildup of postures, and the invitation for freedom within our individual practice.

I love the instructors at this location, but sometimes the other yoga students are very disrespectful about the space. In the majority of classes I take at LoHi there are multiple people with their phones in the room scrolling/texting/essentially taking me out of the experience before class even starts. It’s incredibly disappointing to see in others—can we not disconnect from our phones for 60 minutes? I’d love if instructors could start making announcements about yogi etiquette ie “reminder, this space is a phone free space” on that note, my boyfriend went to Sophie S’s 6:30 pm class at LoHi tonight and he said there were multiple women filming themselves practicing, which he found to be disruptive as the phone was propped up and in clear view. I love this studio, please consider telling your instructors to remind students to not bring their phones inside the classrooms.

I love feeling good in my body. The teachers are friendly and the classes have a good variety to keep me interested! I love that there are classes all the time so I can go when it’s most convenient for me.
I continue to come to Cherry Hills for Keegan's Hot yoga on Sundays. Otherwise I would probably go somewhere else.
Courtney has such a positive energy and welcomes everyone. She offers modifications and has great music. She has become a favorite!
