All the staff that work there are super nice and welcoming. The classes are great exercise and they have many of class types available for all levels of activity. I love the intentional nature behind the classes as well. It’s not just the physical exercise but it also caters to mental health and self love.

Very nice studio and facilities, great classes and teachers, parking can be tricky at times, manly street parking as available, sometight spaces in the parking lot available at times.

I am a long time student of Lev's classes. She is a true asset to Core Power. What I value and appreciate most is her focus on helping us build strength in the HPF flow. She offers a consistent class with valuable instruction on certain postures as needed. Lev allows for just enough personalization so I feel empowered yet structured in my practice. As a member, my main priority when I schedule my practice is to first look at Lev's teaching schedule. Thank you Lev for being a strong force in HPF and an informed, supportive teacher!

Lev’s Hot Power Fusion class is kind of like the secret menu at Starbucks. On the surface, you know exactly what you’re getting—the same familiar sequence we all expect from Hot Power Fusion. But when Lev is teaching, it becomes something completely different.
Her cues are where the magic happens. She guides you into poses you’ve done a hundred times before, but with subtle adjustments and fresh language that suddenly unlock entirely new sensations. A stretch you thought you already understood somehow becomes deeper, more intentional, and more connected to the rest of your body.
Lev’s knowledge of movement and anatomy truly stands out. She doesn’t just lead a class, she teaches you something about your body every single time you step on the mat. You leave feeling stronger, more aware, and with at least one “aha” moment about how a pose can feel.
If you love Hot Power Fusion but want the secret menu version of it, Lev’s class is the one to take. Same sequence, completely elevated experience.

It would be a 10 if we could PLEASE get some more weights. There are NEVER enough eights for the skulpt classes.

I'd like to add some comments about Lev's HPF class: The playlist kept the energy up, and her cues and modifications did a great job emphasizing the target muscle groups and proper engagement. I can always count on having a great class with Lev—I really appreciate her consistency and the experience she creates. It’s something I genuinely look forward to, especially knowing I can break away and enjoy a Saturday night Hot Power Fusion class with her.

Lev is the best teacher, and her classes truly are the best! - terrific combination of strength, stretching, mind/spirit, great music, great messages. II love the hot room - wish you would turn it up +/- 5 degrees.
