Many teachers get stuck and stagnant in their miscues. It’s almost as if they do not have any ongoing evaluations or refresher training. There is a tendency to perpetuate colloquial names for postures and arbitrary alignment principles that are not based in any anatomical science. The most annoying tendency is for teachers to constantly “Count Down” from 4 to 1 and then say “Release!”. This gets old quickly and is not yogic at all. There seems to be a complete departure from The 8 Limbed Path and virtually no acknowledgment of Hatha Yoga Lineage, it’s very rare to hear any teachers provide Dharma.

The staff at Tennyson is exceptional (I realize that subs rotate through, so it’s likely all of your staff). I thoroughly enjoy all of the classes and what each instructor brings. It’s always a positive experience

Amazing studio, classes, teachers and the best manager!
The classes are always fun. There are people of all levels and the instructor gives alternative movements if something feel difficult. The instructor also teaches proper form throughout which reduced injury and has taught me more body awareness. I enjoy how the class starts and ends with an intention. This makes it not only good for the body but also the mind. These will get you sweating and though in the moment I am pushing myself, afterwards I feel good within myself.

I loved the class I took. My instructor was incredible. It was a faster pace than I'm used too. I feel like it was a great workout, great mindfulness, and I left so much negativity behind after that class. I wish i could afford a membership.

The LoDo location is absolutely amazing. It’s a beautiful studio with amazing instructors. Shout out to manager Jamie for making it such a wonderful place to practice! I’ve been to dozens of studios across the United States and this one is my favorite!
Kelley is an amazing instructor! I always feel challenged in her classes and love how hard she works our muscles. Her playlists are top notch and perfection. I come for the music, vibes, and a killer workout with Kelley’s classes. I always have fun and smile in her classes, even when my muscles are on fire. She’s the best! LoHi studio is super nice, clean, organized weight racks, and I will be back!
