The staff are very helpful and friendly. I really like the intensity of the classes with mixed cardio and weights. The bonus of the positive affirmations at the start of class and throughout.
I love the DTC CorePower location. It is very conveniently located, easy to access, with great parking. The intimate studio feels like I'm getting semi-private lessons each time I attend. My favorite teacher at this location is Heather!! Her CoreRestore class at 3:30pm on Wednesdays is just what I need to get through the rest of the week. Her thoughtful flow, cadence, and encouragement is inspiring!!

Jamie has created an awesome culture. The studio always looks amazing, clean and well kept. And most of the instructors are very talented and teach great classes. An early morning (5:30 am perhaps) CSX would be a great additon.

CPYCC is lucky to have two of my favorite Sculpt teachers - Brittany G and Betsy! Their classes are not only FUN but challenging as well. Each class I take from them sets the bar high for the next class. Grateful for two strong woman who show up 100% to teach YS!
