Lev is by far the best instructor I have taken at CPY. She has the most calming aura and her rhythmic/sing-teaching is incredibly soothing and helps me to slow my breath down when the class gets hard. She is an advanced teacher who inspires her students to try new things, ground themselves, and encourages growth in the mind and body. Her playlists are always different and good every time. I always look forward to a class with Lev and can honestly say she is the best.

Great instructors. Well-heated studios suited to hot yoga practice. Good community. Availability of studios with good assortment of classes - lots of offerings at a variety of times make it easy to fit practice into a busy schedule.
The teachers are awesome and the classes are great. I want more thorough cleaning of the studio and equipment and higher teacher pay. And I want studios to be able to show support for their causes.

Love the studio and especially love all the instructors. They are all kind, knowledgable, helpful and each bring something a little different.
The instructor was not any other ons that I had met in the past. She showed us what the correct poses and posters were for certain movements. In many of the classes I had attended no instructors did that. As I am still learning and am a very much a beginner I appreciated her meticulous approach in doing that.
My instructor, Abigail W, was incredible! She was friendly and encouraging, while leading a tough class. The other instructors were kind as well when I checked in.
