I most recently experienced a deeply mindful, meaningful, challenging, and open C1 practice with Danielle. I feel safe in CorePower classes to make the practice mine and as I've kept returning, found a community of like-minded people to practice with and with whom it makes life sweeter and lighter!
I love the challenge of the classes, including the continuous pace (few to no breaks). This is ideal for people with some yoga experience and who are already in good shape. I also appreciate the friendly instructors! It would be nice if there were more classes for beginners though, with some hands on help with form. My husband is interested in signing up, but there are almost no beginner classes at my local studios.

Danielle is very good, patient, prepared, and encouraging. She is the reason I keep going back as I generally don't like yoga all that much. I'm forced to attend because of my wife!

Huong teaches one of the most authentic Yoga Sculpt classes at LOHI. .. the original recipe..... There is actually yoga, weights, cardio, core, cool down stretch and svasana. I'm sorry to hear she's moving!
And, other Yoga Sculpt teaches not doing that are also really great too: Devon Sh, Sarah Bi, and gold stars to Julia O!
One enjoy the instructors and friendly atmosphere. I also enjoy the diversity and frequency of classes allowing me to choose to fit my personal schedule.

The cherry creek studio is clean and friendly and the teachers are great.
This was such a beautiful class. I felt cared for and totally relaxed by the end. I loved the sound bath and meditation added to the restore format. What a treat!
