LoDo is my home studio, and I am grateful it is close to where I live, allowing me to experience a variety of classes and diversify in my practice. The teachers are AWESOME. Welcoming, talented, supportive, consistent, and always asking for feedback. Jamie, the manager, is a wonderful leader, as is Morgan. Of course, they are excellent yoga teachers AND true ambassadors of the Core Yoga brand. I recently took two classes from two newer teachers, Alicia (HPF) and Amber (CP2). Both were wonderful additions to the current team. I truly enjoy walking into this studio and getting into the yoga, or as Amber described, YOUga, practice. I appreciate the verbal cues, hands-on assists, and messaging they share. I also appreciate the core restore that Dina teaches and look forward to getting back into ALL her classes. Thanks for asking me for feedback. I'm a fan and welcome the opportunity to share why when you ask!

I really loved this class and I apologise in advance but I forgot our instructors name. I went as a plus one with a friend and it was phenomenal. The pace, the music, and the routine was wonderful and I loved how she provided modifications. Her tone was perfect in motivation and guidance was well paced. I felt welcomed and I did not feel inferior due to my lack of yoga experience. She is a wonderful instructor and I only wish we had someone like her in Minnesota.
This is a great studio. I always enjoy the studio when I’m able to take a class. I don’t get here often just due to distance but definitely enjoy it when I am able to grab a class.
The 75 minutes were perfectly executed and the playlist slapped

First of all thank you for the warm welcome that has been so prevalent at Core power. I was first greeted by Aspen at Grant location and extremely enjoyed my session with her so thank you. I recently moved to Griffis union so I’m closer in proximity to LODO and went for my first session there. I can’t say enough about the experience. The facility is immaculate and inviting. I’m excited for my next session today(Sunday) at 11am. I highly recommend Core power and am seriously considering what is the best option of class commitment. See you soon.

The ATP teachers did a fantastic job. The class was smooth, challenging and overall enjoyable.

The instructor was clearly a gifted teacher and yogi. She was approachable, professional and very experienced. The facility was very clean!
All of the studios at Lohi are really really dirty. It would be valuable to hire professional cleaners as SET cleaners cannot complete the level of cleaning that is needed. All of the dirt is being pushed into the edges of the room and it feels unsanitary to practice in the studios.
I loved my sculpt class with Sophie!! It was such a wonderful workout and a hard, but fun class. She was a great teacher who made the whole class my favorite!
