Teachers are phenomenal, gym is clean and inviting, practitioners are a great crowd and there is a real sense of community and harmony in the environment.

The lodo studio was excellent; spacious, clean, welcoming. I can tell they really foster a community. Dina led a wonderful experience.
First time taking Jodi D's class. She was awesome and really pushed me. I also really liked how she had the music louder (which helped me during hard points) and wore her headset to make it easier to hear her. Can all instructors please wear the headsets? Sometimes instructors speak so quietly and are facing another way so it makes them very difficult to hear. Best sculpt class I've taken. Thank you Jodi!

Could use better cleaning between classes and would love wipes for yoga mats. All teachers are great

Kristen's class was outstanding. It was a special class on posture and form which I found to be incredibly helpful. Her insight and guidance was not only excellent but her delivery and understanding of the body really powerful. I know my practice and teaching just took a leap forward. I look forward to more of these classes!
Wonderful location. I wish there was a locker room and shower since I need to shower after Hot Yoga and before going to work. I'll likely switch between DTC and Littleton locations depending on work schedule. :)
Cristi is phenomenal, truly. I am 7.5 months pregnant and she was so incredibly thoughtful, made me feel so safe and cared for, and was awesome about opening the door when it got a little too steamy! She offered amazing modifications and was so encouraging. I will 100% be returning to her class for the remainder of my pregnancy.

the lock room need some TLC and the shower are definitely need new ones .
