We were in Denver for a wedding and decided to try a CorePower sculpting class. Aspen, the instructor, was welcoming, energetic and fun. She led a fantastic class that challenged us aerobically and strength wise. We left sweaty and satisfied. It was my first time at a CorePower studio. I will look for opportunities to blend Corepower workouts with my usual workout schedule at home (SF Bay Area).
It's a great location. Plenty of natural light comes through the windows to the practice rooms, which gives a radiant atmosphere. Instructors are professional, thoughtful and charismatic. Aspen, the studios manager is awesome ❤️
What I love about CorePower Yoga is the confidence it gives me in knowing I can always find a class that suits my level. Whether I need something more grounding or want to push myself, there's always an option to meet me where I am and help me grow. Every time I step on the mat, I feel challenged and supported.
I had a great class with Gretta H on Saturday. Still feeling it now but had a great time, with a great playlist and Gretta's motivation, pushing me Ill be back with friends.
The instructor was amazing and made the class really enjoyable and feasible for all levels of practice.

Sue is an excellent yoga instructor. She takes her time to assist with accurate yoga form through correction and instruction. This is extremely important to me. She is also very welcoming for new members and it feels good to go to her class.
