Huong teaches one of the most authentic Yoga Sculpt classes at LOHI. .. the original recipe..... There is actually yoga, weights, cardio, core, cool down stretch and svasana. I'm sorry to hear she's moving!
And, other Yoga Sculpt teaches not doing that are also really great too: Devon Sh, Sarah Bi, and gold stars to Julia O!
One enjoy the instructors and friendly atmosphere. I also enjoy the diversity and frequency of classes allowing me to choose to fit my personal schedule.

The cherry creek studio is clean and friendly and the teachers are great.
This was such a beautiful class. I felt cared for and totally relaxed by the end. I loved the sound bath and meditation added to the restore format. What a treat!

Everything! Emma Lee was a great instructor, room temp was perfect, flow was well-thought out and hit everything just right! The welcome was great and the amenities were, too!
Sarah Beth’s class is a great workout. The studio is also very clean.
