Loved it so much! The studio is clean, spacious, and very welcoming. Mike was an incredible instructor who made me feel like I belonged there and empowered me to do postures at my own pace but challenged me at the same time. His energy carried me through the class!
Inclusive, welcoming environment. I’ve really enjoyed all the teachers and never have been uncomfortable to ask a question and love receiving feedback.
I enjoy that there's a 75 minute HPF option. I really enjoy Talon's teaching style, and love the heat in the room.
I do wish there were signs outside the rooms to ask people to remove their shoes before they enter the studio. I saw several people walking in with their shoes on before class to set up their mats. So gross.

Fun class but hard. Amanda was entertaining but serious and knew when and how much to push her participants.

Very inviting from the moment you walk in the door. Locker rooms are clean. Energy in the classroom was magnetic, heat was fantastic and the instructor definitely draws you in.

I was nervous resuming my practice after a surgery last month. The person at the front desk coordinated with the teacher about my concerns and the teacher was extremely knowledgeable about appropriate modifications and responsive to my input. It was a very successful reintegration. Thank you!

It was a nice studio inside, well maintained. The class was great! Music was even on tempo and nice. Only thing is I wish parking was easier.

First time visiting from Houston where we don’t have any CPY. Alissa was very friendly and supportive. We didn’t realize she would be the person checking in and coaching. Very challenging but I loved it.
This has been my go to studio for several years. The teachers are always good and kind.
I have to say the bathroom needs some serious love. I am sure it’s expensive to fix the place up but the bathroom is in need of repair.
Sculpt with Betsy and Kyle is really good. I appreciate that there are C3 classes. The lack of stacked weights in the room upstairs is a bit hazardous. There must be a better way?!?

Excellent restorative sound bath awakening all my senses using singing bowls and aromatherapy wafting of different scents. The practice was a full body restorative experience
Amazing flow and really nice studio space! I also love the verified parking garage so I did not have to stress about finding street parking!

Much more welcoming experience than other CPY studios I have been to! Was showed around the very clean studio and was made to feel comfortable off the get go. And class was energetic and motivating
